Resumo

The author analyses some aspects of the intricate relationship between Law, especially Criminal Law, language and power, then proposing a classification for the aims legal texts and its own language carry out. Finally, he addresses the technical-dogmatic complexity of that same language, reviewing legislative measures in order to reduce it and speaking out against the mere hollow formulas that abound in a wide variety of legal statutes.
