Uma visão multidimensional dinâmica da produção do conhecimento dirigido à inovação económica e o espaço dos lugares e dos fluxos das redes

O debate teórico que aqui se trava pretende contribuir para a construção de uma visão multidimensional dinâmica do processo de produção do conhecimento dirigido à inovação económica. Partindo do pressuposto de que a estrutura de produção do conhecimento está a mudar, exploram-se diferentes contributos teóricos sobre os processos de produção de conhecimento com o objetivo de contribuir para a construção de uma proposta de interpretação dos espaços dos lugares e dos fluxos do conhecimento, isto é, para a interpretação das redes de lugares de produção do conhecimento. Explora-se o debate em torno da dimensão territorial da produção, translação e disseminação do conhecimento com potencial de inovação económica, sublinhando-se a evolução no sentido de abandonar o binómio tácito/proximidade – codificado/distância, e a aproximação a uma interpretação mais complexa, de geometrias variáveis no que toca à espacialização destes processos associados ao conhecimento. Apresenta-se uma proposta multidimensional de análise do conhecimento e uma proposta taxonómica das redes de conhecimento atendendo à diversidade de fluxos e ao espaço dos lugares envolvidos. Aponta-se ainda a hipótese teórica de que o processo de produção do conhecimento se estrutura, cada vez mais, em redes poligâmicas, exogâmicas e multiescalares.
